Grand Canyon Star Party/South Rim
The 2012 Grand Canyon Star Party (GCSP) will be held from June 16th through 23rd on the South Rim in northern Arizona's Grand Canyon National Park. All amateur astronomers are invited to provide astronomy outreach to the interested public of all ages! Bring your telescope and enjoy the camaraderie. But you don't have to have a telescope to come and enjoy the beautiful Arizona night skies. You DO need to reserve a room or campsite and make your travel arrangements early.

Grand Canyon South Rim Visitor Center, also known as Canyon View Information Center, is the primary location for the Grand Canyon Star Party.

Notes:
During daylight hours, solar, lunar, and planetary observing occurs at public locations throughout the Park. Visitors to either Rim may attend at any time with no registration required.
