The Last Venus Transit You'll Ever See
Because the orbits of the planets are just slightly off the ecliptic plane, Venus doesn't pass in front of the sun very often. But you will have a chance to see it this year. Come learn how!

Information for Visitors:
Our Public Star Parties begin with a short presentation in the Meeting Barn. This is followed by an activity that gives children a hands-on opportunity to learn something about astronomy. Then we head out to the parking lot to observe the heavens through our telescopes. Or bring your own!
