How The Universe Works
The Adirondack Public Observatory continues its presentation of the Discovery Channel series “How The Universe Works” with this month’s segment entitled “Black Holes”.  Jeffrey Miller, Instructor and Physics Lab Coordinator at St. Lawrence University and an APO Trustee, will host the segment.   “The program considers how black holes form and the effects an object would experience if it crossed a black hole's event horizon.  Learn the important role black holes play in holding our universe together. What are a black hole's implications on time travel and the origins of the universe?”
