Transit of Venus - Keene, NH
The evening of June 5th, the Keene Astronomy club will host a viewing of the Transit of Venus. Using a sun filter on a club telescope and a Coronado sun telescope, we will be viewing the transit as it happens.

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
We set up by the Beaver Brook Dam in Keene with two telescopes with filters. It worked very well after the rain stopped and the clouds broke. A nice out-reach.
