Come and join the Central Ohio Astronomical Society as we spend the evening watching the skies for the Perseid Meteor Shower. The shower is the results of the earth passing through the remnants of Comet 109P Swift-Tuttle. The meteors will appear to radiate from the constellation Perseus which gives the Perseid Meteors their name. At their peak, 100 meteors per hour may be visible. If skies do not cooperate, the event will be cancelled.
