We are reaching out to Mrs Henderson's science classes with an astronomy related program including observing the Sun. We will explain how telescopes work, and let the students hunt for asteroids and meteorites after we have explained what they are and talk about their properties, And outside they will get a good feeling about the relative size of the Sun, Earth, and other planets and finally they will first hand observe the Sun through our whitelight and Ha solar scopes.
