It is an educational event for all ages, but is specifically geared toward school age kids of all levels.
Typical event features, telescope viewing, astronomy show, science talk, meteorite display, astronomy poster display, rock display, Moon information table, and astronomy activities for kids (typical activities: puzzels, constellation finder, make your own constellation or galaxy, play-doh planets, galaxy search, and more).
The event know has about 30-40 volunteers who help run the event.
Attendance numbers range from 100 to over 300.
