Despite unfavorable conditions we had a great turnout of members and guests last evening with a total count of 75 adults and children. As members were unable to set up their telescopes, our guests were strongly encouraged to return during better weather for an evening of viewing. John Mori gave a wonderful presentation full of interesting information about Mars which was well received by the crowd. A drawing for a NASA calendar was held after the presentation. Many first time visitors stayed for a while to visit with TCAA members and to tour the two observatories. Thanks to all members who made the effort to attend and interact with our guests.
