Optimal observing dates are 5 days before and 5 days after the New Moon for members only.
When posting to the WRO Bulletin Board, you no longer need authorization from the observatory directors, but you MUST post to the Bulleting Board the date(s) that you will be at the observatory.
If you are unable to post, contact Bruce Scodova, Eric Heintz, or any club member to post for you.
If you are unable to login to the Bulleting Board, contact Mark Vanderaar to reset your login information.

Notes:
Please remember the road to the Observatory is on private property and to take care while driving. Visitors to the Observatory are restricted to the Observatory area and restroom facilities and a warm room is available. Please be sure to dress for the weather! Our activities happen outdoors and the telescope facilities and dome area is not heated. Families are always welcome and there is never a charge. Public nights are always on the first Saturday of every month and you may check our website for additional programs offered during the month. Please contact the webmaster if you wish a special tour or program.
