The areas we cover include West Houston, Fort Bend County, Katy, Missouri City, Pearland, Richmond, Stafford, and Sugarland.
 
The Fort Bend Astronomy Club's "Astronomy On Wheels" (AOW) program is the oldest and by far the most active education and outreach program in the Houston area.
 
The Fort Bend Astronomy Club is also the most awarded club in the United States for education and outreach.
 
Our club motto is Observing, Teaching & Promoting Astronomy. Club members bring telescopes to the AOW events and share night sky viewing. At schools and other organizations, club members also give talks explaining the science of astronomy and the mechanics of telescopes.
