The Phoenix Astronomical Society, founded in 1948, is an organization of individuals with many related interests: telescopes, binoculars, astrophotography, computer planetaria, astronautics, sky lore, astrogeology, NASA, and celestial navigation are just a few examples. We are amateur and professional astronomers, teachers and learners, oldsters and youngsters from all walks of life, and all inquiring minds!
