Our Mission is to provide opportunities to the public and members to enjoy, learn, and share the night sky. We are a club of about 20 members living in and around small towns in Southwest Ohio. Our monthly meetings are open to all who have an interest in this wonderful hobby.

The Stillwater Stargazers Astronomy Club meets the third Tuesday of every month at: The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center; 301 W Main Street Troy, Ohio 45373

The club provides stargazing opportunities to the public at Miami County Park District evening programs.

The club launched a borrowing library telescope program in 2015. We guide the library in purchasing an appropriate telescope and prepare it for borrowing by patrons. As of December, 2024 eight libraries offer 10 telescopes to the public. We also maintain the telescopes, so every user has a great experience
