Instructions for the Public:
Bring the whole family.
Chairs and blankets are recommended.
If you have binoculars or telescopes, feel free to bring them to share or to have any o your questions answered or equipment problems diagnossed.
Dress more warmly than you think necessay.  Pay extra attention to wear good shoes and a second set of socks.
For extra credit:  Bring a "star party" song, or a "star party" joke or a "star party" treat to share with the group. 
Please be careful walking around after dark.  The ground can be soft and the sidewalks have a few sharp curbs.
Be extra careful around the astronomy equipment.  Always ask for premission and assistance before you touch someone else's equipment.
Remember to thank your astronomers for their time and expertise.  They volunteer specifically to encourage a love and passion for astronomy.  Ask them what you can do and how you can help preserve our view of the dark, night sky.   www.darksky.org
