We had a cloudless, albeit hazy, night sky for our special Lunar viewing event, co-sponsored by the Odyssey Astronomy Club, Ten-Acre Observatory, and city of Noble, Oklahoma. We set up a 13" and an 8" telescope in the Noble City Hall parking lot. Fourteen visitors got a close-up viewing of the waxing crescent Moon. We also looked at Jupiter, Venus, and Antares. The guests stayed for a long time and asked good questions. Everyone enjoyed the event.
