Muskegon Astronomical Society Star Party. Star Parties are scheduled events hosted by club members. All visitors are welcomed. There is no charge, but donations are greatly appreciated. Our telescopes will have solar filters. While we wait for the eclipse, we'll do a presentation. We’ll try to introduce you to amateur astronomy and have plenty of handouts on how to get started. If cloudy, viewing is canceled. If it rains, presentations will be in the clubhouse. If weather conditions are questionable, contact us for the latest event status.
