Lima Astronomical Society Public Observing nights are changing from what we have done in the past as far as frequency and the things observed each night.  There will only be 2 public observing nights scheduled each month during the summer, both will be nights where the moon does not interfere as much with the observing.

The public is invited to enjoy observing objects in the night sky through a large telescope at Schoonover Observatory.
