The monthly club meeting is held the first Wednesday of each month at 7 PM. It is a hybrid meeting. In person attendance at the Cox Science Center and Aquarium is encouraged for those living in the area.  A Zoom link is sent to all members via the io. group. The guest speaker will be first on the program with the business meeting to follow.

Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
Club member, Quin Travers, gave a PowerPoint presentation which updated an earlier presentation on Extreme Telescopes. Of significance is the international collaboration in building and operating these magnificent telescopes. The main presentation was followed by a video on the history and current use of the Kitt Peak Observatory. Three new members attended in person. Irene Garbo made personal astronomy accessories available to members.
