Our PAC link for folks to contact outreach recently received a request concerning a STEM Day that is held annually at Oak View Mall.  The sponsors for the event have an exhibitor presenting on "Space Weather".  They would like to have someone there with a sun scope to provide folks the chance to view sun spots and solar flares.  OAS and BOO folks have helped them out in the past but folks from those two groups are already booked on Saturday, February 15th from 1:00-3:00PM.

If you have a sun scope and would like to share it with some folks at Oak View Mall let me know and I can make the sponsor aware.  Alternatively, feel free to contact the sponsor directly (but a CC to me or a PAC board member would be appreciated so we know whether or not they got the help they are hoping for).
