Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
This was a three (3) day event at an intermediate school of 5th and 6th graders putting on planetarium shows. We highlighted the movement of the stars and a constellation tour and the difference between the ecliptic and the equator. I pointed out the seasonal changes and why they occur. We also visited many of the planets and some of the moons of our solar system. We helped them understand how distant the planets are and their orbits. We showed them the phases of the Moon. I was able to zoom in closely to the landing site of the Apollo 15 mission of Hadley Rille.
