Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
We had a planetarium show in the Rock Creek Park Nature Center prior to the observing with about 37 in attendance. There were five telescopes for observing and about 50 members of the public looking through the telescopes. Sky was just fair. There were some clouds which didn't completely clear up until we were leaving. People looked at the moon, M57, Albireo, M13 and, I think, someone had the Eagle Nebula.
