Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
We all began by looking at the Moon, since it wouldn't be dark until well after 9:00. The visitors were pleased to have the Sea of Tranquility (the landing site of Apollo 11) pointed out, and were surprised to learn that there is a "Humboldt Sea" right at the edge of the Moon. We jokingly tell them that it was named after our club! After dark club member Allison Waltberg gave her usual highly entertaining constellation talk.
