The Louisiana Master Naturalists of Greater Baton Rouge are hosting a Moonlight Levee walk to watch the rise of the Full Hunter Moon that evening from the levee. Meetup will be on the levee at the end of Skip Bertman Drive. 

We will be setting up a few telescopes for some observing at the start of their walk. Come on out and join the fun!

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
This was a lot of fun! We all watched a very red Moon rise over LSU's campus from the levee and were treated to views of Saturn after it got dark enough. The folks loved us!
