Our annual outing to the Baton Rouge Maker Faire. This is an all day event and we always have a lot of fun. Solar system models, demos, and hopefully some clear skies for solar observing. Come on out and see us!

Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
This event was poorly attended this year. We found out there were MANY things happening around town and there was far more competition for the Faire than in previous years. The second half of the event also experienced a rain burst that didn't help with numbers. Regardless, we enjoy doing this event each year. Some great views of the Sun in the morning.
