Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
The forecast was for clear skies but it didn’t start that way. The only object we could see was Jupiter rising at around 6:30 behind the Marriott parking deck and the trees. It was still cloudy at 7:15 so we began packing up. The sky cleared up nicely at 7:30 and we were able to show some visitors Saturn as well. We had a great member turnout again with 8 members, 7 telescopes, 1 binocular setup and 15 visitors.
