Comments and anecdotes about the event:
Thanks to Mike McCurdy and Bill Spizzirri for contributing to a successful and much appreciated outreach event with a Cub Scouts meeting in Kirkland elem yesterday November 13! We had 12 scouts and about a half dozen adults in attendance. I included a picture of Mike in action at his 90mm refractor. Judging by the angle he may have been showing Saturn, always a winner with all. Thank you Gentlemen for a job well done and Bill was speaking the next day at Barbara Buch Nature center!
