All decisions relative to the operation of the Club and all other matters not stated otherwise in the Club Bylaws rest with the Executive Board. It shall be the duty of the Executive Board to conduct all Club business including, but not limited to, assessment of dues and the spending of monies between regular meetings. All determinations and decisions by the Executive Board shall be conclusive and final unless otherwise stated in the Club Bylaws.
