Annual elections were held during the annual January dinner meeting of the Kanawha Valley Astronomical Society. Re-elected were Stacy Brown, president; Linda Stalnaker, vice-president; and William Brown, secretary. William Brown also will serve as interim treasurer. Named to the board of directors were Paul and Caroline Ostand and Janet Willson. Jason Young and Robert Dean will serve as observatory directors. Business discussed was an upcoming star party to be held February 20 in conjunction with the West Virginia Astrophotography Association.
