The event is scheduled for February 17th from 5:30–7:30 PM at Grace Pond, a local conservation property in Mattapoisett with low light pollution and open space well suited for stargazing. Our goal is to create an engaging, educational evening for families, students, and community members, especially younger generations,to learn more about the night sky and astronomy.

We were wondering if it might be possible for a member (or members) of your organization to:

• Attend the event with telescopes for public viewing

• Speak briefly or help educate attendees about stars, planets, and other visible celestial objects

• Share insights, ideas, or suggestions that could help make the event more meaningful and accessible
