Core Sound Waterfowl Museum is partnering with Duke Energy

and the Girl Scouts to offer Duke Energy Science Night on March

26, 5:00-7:30. The event for kids K-5, will be held in the Scout

Hut in Davis, NC. They have asked for our participation. The

plan is to have a table with info on our club, astronomy and light

pollution. We will also have a short activity (Star Wheel) for the

kids. Yes, it’s a bit far for some of you to drive on a week night,

but I hope some of you can come on “Down East” and join us.
