Join us at the CSN Planetarium for an informal community watch party as NASA brings the Artemis II crew home. We’ll follow the final moments of re‑entry, splashdown, and early post‑landing updates before clearing the theater for the 6 p.m. show.

Instructions for the Public:

Event Schedule (PDT)

  • 3:30 p.m. — NASA coverage begins (we will join the stream when doors open)

  • 4:00 p.m. — Watch Party begins at the Planetarium

    • Welcome and brief mission recap

    • Live NASA coverage on screen

    • Informal Q&A and commentary

  • 5:06 p.m. — Splashdown

    • First confirmation of crew recovery operations

  • 5:30 p.m. — Event ends

    • We will clear the theater to prepare for the 6 p.m. public show

  • 7:35 p.m. — NASA post‑mission press conference (not part of the in‑person event)

Notes

  • This is an informal watch party — guests may come and go freely.

  • Seating is first‑come, first‑served.

  • The Planetarium will resume its regular programming at 6:00 p.m., so all guests must exit by 5:30 p.m.
