ASPB observing sessions are scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights, April 10 and 11, 2026, from sunset until as late as midnight. Palm Beach County comprises a very large area with great local variations in sky conditions; this is why during a 30 minute news program there are many updates to the weather reports. Local conditions vary widely- it can be clear at Pine Glades and totally overcast or raining in south county areas, or the other way around.
There will no longer be any “go or no-go proclamations” in the late afternoon.
All of our sessions are presumed to be GO, subject to your own evaluations of the sky conditions. You’ll get a reminder that a session is scheduled for that night, but please make your own weather decisions.
