Asteroids and the Dinosaurs... where did the dinosaurs go? How an asteroid ended the age of the dinosaurs? Let's look into the past when an asteroid impact triggered global wildfires, tsunamis, and years-long winter from debris blocking the sun.

This is the asteroid Ceres. It is the largest asteroid in our solar system orbiting between Jupiter and Mars. Ceres is about 590 miles in diameter, comparable to the size of Texas, or about a quarter the size of Earth's Moon.
