Club member Mark Whipple will present an 8 class course over 8 weeks on:
All About Space, Part 2.
This course will cover current issues in astronomy including the exploration of Mars, the revelations of the new James Webb Space Telescope, the latest findings about the natures of dark matter and dark energy, the enigmatic properties of black holes and the progress and promise of NASA’s current Artemis missions to return manned exploration to the moon. Notes: Participants do not need to have taken part 1 of this course to enjoy part 2. There are both an in-person and an online option for this course. Participants must choose only one option to attend; please ensure that you are registering for the option you prefer, as we may not be able to accommodate changes.
