Presentation: Club Member Logan McDonald will present "What Radio Telescopes Tell Us About the Universe". Logan will discuss a brief history of radio astronomy, the information that astromomers obtain from radio wavelengths depending on the source, how to build your own radio telescope for less than $500 and a discussion of the the largest radio telescope in the U.S. in Greenbank West Virginia that the public can visit and also attend the yearly star party held there each year.
