Jim J. Zebrowski from the Aldrich Astronomical Society will speak about Solar Eclipses on October 07, 2023 at 11 PM to patrons of the Beaman Memorial Library located at  8 Newton St, West Boylston, MA 01583. He will offer updates to patrons about the two upcoming US eclipses with the Annular on Saturday October 14, 2023 and the Total Eclipse on Monday April 08, 2024.  Jim Zebrowski will address how eclipses occur, differences between annular and total solar eclipses and offer safety tips for observing any eclipse. He has images from the 2017 solar eclipse that were taken in Tetonia Idaho in front of the Grand Teton Mountains!
