More ASKC fans are asking for our help!  This time it is Westridge Middle School in Overland Park.  I will request 3 tables as that seems to be the norm for these events.  She asked that volunteers email her directly but I will take care of that for her.  Please consider Volunteering for this event:

Good morning,

Westridge Middle School in the Shawnee Mission School District, Overland Park, Kansas, hosts a STEAM night each year.  Someone from the astronomical society always attends and my previous contact person directed me to this address.  Our 12 annual night is April 3, 2025.  We start with dinner at 5:30 for all participants and attendees and the exhibits/activities start at 6:00 and end at 7:30. We would love to have someone attend again this year. If you could please pass this along to the appropriate people and have them email me if they will be attending I would appreciate it.  Thank you so much.

Thank you so much and of course volunteers get to eat dinner!  We will set up the tables you need in the gymnasium.  Volunteers typically park and enter thru the doors by the dumpsters.  You could also park on the west side of the tennis courts and enter a door there.  Both will be unlocked.  I am excited to have you join us again.  I’ll send a flier out in the next couple of weeks.
