Hello, this is Jennifer Moore, 5th grade science/social studies teacher at Raymore Elementary School.  It is challenging to think about spring days and family outings but we are thinking ahead to our March 6th family night at Raymore Elementary.  In years past we have partnered with people from Powell Observatory (one of my favorite places) and some of their Astronomers.  They have been kind enough to bring some telescopes for our young people to try out and experience.  I know our students always look forward to this opportunity.  Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach my previous contacts at Powell Observatory.  I did not know if you have any suggestions on who I might contact to see if we can coordinate these opportunities for the people in our community.
