Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
Three observers from the Thames River Astronomy Club of Norwich, CT, also participated. The night was temperate with a breeze off the ocean. The location had wonderful possible views of the sky. However, skies were partly cloudy yielding good viewing in the clear spots of Jupiter and the four Galilean moons and Saturn. Jupiter's red spot was visible. As the night progressed some view of deep sky objects were possible. The crowd was patient and appreciative.
