My name is Dan Higgins and I run AstroWorld TV, a YouTube channel which hosts astrophotography chats twice a week. Our current weekly sponsors include Masters of Pixinsight and IP4AP, Primaluce Lab, Optolong Filters, Woodland Hills, and Camera Concepts and Telescopes.
I am writing to spread the word and invite your members to join us for my current project, AstroPalooza. This will be a virtual forum held on many platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch, and will run almost 8 hours long. The event will be held on December 10, 2022. It will consist of presentations (some live and some recorded) by well-known YouTubers and Astrophotographers. Our guest list includes: The Masters of Pixinsight; Adam Block; Shawn Nielsen from Visible Dark; Amy Little a.k.a. Amy Astro; Molly Wakeling a.k.a. AstronoMolly; and Nico Carver from Nebula Photos
During the event, we will be giving away several door prizes including: a Signed copy of The Visible Universe by Charles Bracken and Dr. Max Whitby, Free Masters of PixInsight workshops, IP4AP Yearly Subscriptions, a 2” 3nm SHO Filter Set from Optolong and of course an AstroWorld Gym Bag.
