Event

Tonight’s program is all about telescopes. Do you have a telescope at home that you aren’t quite sure how to use? Bring it with you for help from our astronomy volunteers. Or learn how to use one of the museum’s dobsonian telescopes. Hands-on activities and skywatching as well.

Skywatching programs are held in Observatory Park, home to the historic International Latitude Observatory. Programs are free, but registration is required. Observatory Park is at 100 DeSellum Avenue. Parking is in the St. Martin’s field at Route 355 and DeSellum, two blocks from Observatory Park.
