Comments and anecdotes about the event:
Tonight's program started off inside the John Paul Landing Park Environmental Education Building. The audience was treated to a very well received program on the different types of star clusters to be found in the Milky Way Galaxy with a special focus on The Pleiades. After the short program park employees had a children's activity on the Pleiades as well. After the program we ventured outside to the viewing area where three telescopes were set up for the visitors to view the moon, Jupiter, and the Pleiades.
