Hello, 

My name is Dr. Patricia Brown, and I am reaching out on behalf of the Ladue School District to invite your organization to partner with us for our upcoming District STEAM Fest, taking place on April 8, 2026. This year’s theme—“The Future Is STEAM-Powered: Imagine. Invent. Inspire.”—reflects our shared commitment to preparing students for a future driven by innovation, creativity, and real-world problem solving.

STEAM Fest is a districtwide, family-friendly event engaging 1,000+ K–12 students and families through hands-on STEAM experiences, student showcases, live arts performances, and interactive Innovation Zones. We are seeking community and industry partners to help bring these experiences to life by connecting students to career pathways and STEAM opportunities.

Ways to Partner

• Lead an Activity Table with a hands-on STEAM challenge or demonstration

• Highlight Career Pathways and real-world STEAM applications in our future career zone. Send a representative to participate in our Career Showcase

• Sponsor or Host- An Experience-Themed Room/Activity (AR/VR, maker space, design lab, Esports, etc.)

Other Examples of Requested Support

• Financial donation to sponsor a zone, or student activity

• Student & Family Swag
  Branded pens, notebooks, stickers, lanyards, water bottles, Tech accessories (styluses, microfiber cloths, chargers, pop sockets)
  Fun giveaways (keychains, magnets, sunglasses, buttons)

Your participation helps students see themselves as future creators, innovators, and leaders. Partner organizations will be recognized through event signage, district communications, and our “Powered by Partners” showcase.
