NASA Partner Ambassadors Susan Rolke and Raven Groblewski will host a talk on the wonders of the upcoming solar eclipse. They will invite the audience to share their experience, explain how eclipses occur, and how to view them safely.
They will use a number of hands-on interactives and ways to experience scale to appreciate the unique geometry that results in a total solar eclipse.
A variety of ways to indirectly view the partially eclipsing Sun will be shared.
A limited number of solar viewing glasses will be made available.
The public is welcome to attend this event and learn more about the wonders of the upcoming eclipse.
