Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
I gave a presentation titled "How do we know the Earth is Round"? I used a flat Earth theory that ended up proving the Earth was a sphere, and other theories that have been debunked. I also used my solar motion demonstrator and the Kiva image of Chaco Canyon to learn about where the sun rises on your birthday. We did have views of the sun during the day, and the moon later after the sun set. The clouds were coming in, but we did see the moon between the clouds. It was a fun day.
