you should arrive at 4 pm north of Ann Street. You can enter there and head South along the woodchip parking lot. Head South and make a right turn onto a driveway that enters the park.

 Once you enter that driveway, make a left onto the paved pathway heading south. You can set up anywhere along this promenade.

 Arrive at 4 pm and the hours are from 5pm-7pm
