The next LAAS star party at Mount Wilson will take place this Friday, August 7.

The Sun will set around 7:45pm; it would be best if you are able to arrive earlier and set up before it gets dark (astronomical twilight begins around 8:45pm). The main gate will remain open all day and into the night until around 10:00 or 10:30pm. Once inside the main gate, past the TV towers on the right, an attendant will direct you to the upper parking lot. No parking permit is required for volunteers or guests.
