Comments and anecdotes about the event:
Excellent solar and lunar viewing with clear skies. Evening hours suffered with cold high winds which forced most of the public inside the building. Eventually the winds died down a bit and we were able to observe Mars, Jupiter, m45, m42, beehive cluster, and many more objects. Our 26" telescope was a hit like always!
