The monthly meeting of the members of the Lima Astronomical Society, followed by our monthly program.

ELECTION NIGHT - Club officers for 2026 will be elected before the meeting ends! Final nominations will be received before voting commences.

We encourage all members to attend this meeting to participate in electing club leadership for the next term (including yourself!).

We encourage you to attend as many meetings as your schedule allows, as your insights and contributions are invaluable to shaping our Society's future.  Whether it's sharing your observing experiences, volunteering for outreach events, or simply offering your perspective on Society decisions, every contribution makes a difference.  Every member's voice matters, and your participation helps to create a vibrant and supportive community.

Meetings begin promptly at 8:00pm, and last approximately one hour or less, followed by the monthly program.

Lima Astro meetings and programs are open to the public!  Please join us if you have an interest in astronomy and want to know more about our organization.  Note that public observing occurs on the last Friday of each month, and is a separate event from monthly meetings and programs.
