Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
We had a panoply of equipment last night, including a Dobsonian, Refractor, SCT, binoculars, and a number of EAA telescopes live stacking images. There were 10 members and about 25 visitors stopping by throughout the night. It warmed up from the early morning freeze to about 50° but you still needed to be bundled up for the cold. A number of objects were displayed on smart tablets of deep space objects like the Dumbbell Nebula and the Andromeda Galaxy. Other telescopes and binoculars were trained on objects like the Pleiades, Albireo, and Saturn. The session started early with views of the setting Sun and early as the crowds diminish.
