The Las Vegas Astronomical Society will hold its January meeting, that will include the election of officers.  All current members are eligible to vote.  An email was sent to all members providing the list of candidates. Our presentation for the January meeting will be the recently released BBC documentary “Exploring our Mind-Blowing Universe”.  It was produced in the typically informative and entertaining manner of BBC science productions. It is based on a collection of NASA and ESA missions, and includes personal interviews, documentary recordings and NASA/ESA animations and videos.

LVAS Monthly Meetings
LVAS meets the first Thursday of each month at 7:30PM in the Planetarium on East end of Campus.

Notes:
Exit I-15 onto East Cheyenne Ave - continue east to Campus entrance that is next to softball fields. Enter building at southwest entrance beside Childcare Center.
